The social landlord OPH31 :

The CIFRE collaboration is being carried with OPH31, the social landlord of the Haute-Garonne county council.
The landlord's housing stock will be used to carry out a localized ethno-architectural analysis.
The main objective for the landlord is to address three major issues:
-
Identifying ageing residents and their needs
-
Ageing at home
-
Adapting to demographic changes
One of the distinctive features of OPH31's housing stock is its location throughout all the county area, i.e. in a wide variety of geographical and architectural contexts.
OPH31 is also a member of the "SAC Garonova", thus opening up the study to a larger housing stock. The five united landlords represent more than 26 000 units spread across 250 municipalities.
